1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described
  • A repair, replacement, or refund for major failures
  • Compensation for any damages or losses if goods fail to meet consumer guarantees

Important: These rights cannot be excluded or limited and apply in addition to any express warranties we may offer.

2. Return Conditions

Eligible for Return

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Items that differ significantly from the description
  • Items that are past their expiry date upon receipt
  • Incorrect items sent

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind (unless the item has a major defect)
  • Items consumed or used (unless faulty)
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Custom or personalized items (unless faulty)

3. How to Return Items

We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization

Package items securely in original packaging if possible

Send items back using the method we specify

Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for quality issues, or within a reasonable time for major defects.

4. Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
