1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described
- A repair, replacement, or refund for major failures
- Compensation for any damages or losses if goods fail to meet consumer guarantees
Important: These rights cannot be excluded or limited and apply in addition to any express warranties we may offer.
2. Return Conditions
Eligible for Return
- Items received damaged or defective
- Items that differ significantly from the description
- Items that are past their expiry date upon receipt
- Incorrect items sent
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind (unless the item has a major defect)
- Items consumed or used (unless faulty)
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Custom or personalized items (unless faulty)
3. How to Return Items
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and reason for return
We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
Package items securely in original packaging if possible
Send items back using the method we specify
Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for quality issues, or within a reasonable time for major defects.
4. Refunds and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
